Ava Sinclair's 11th Chapter

Peter stared. "...Ava..." he whispered. She was backing away slowly and she was close to tears. "Ava...I..." Peter shook his head.
"Th-h-h-his is why I was scared...rejection...I TOLD YOU TO LEAVE IT ALONE! BUT YOU WOULDN'T LISTEN! Y-Y-Y-You just had to make a vulnerable and young and stupid looking, didn't you? I don't...no..." Peter outstretched his hand to Ava.
"Ava, it's cold, your cold. Go change you clothes-"
"Don't touch me! I-I-I can't believe I said it..."
"Ava, please..."
"No, I-I-I gotta go..."
"AVA!" Peter's calling out was in vain. Ava had begun to sprint. Once outside the building, she turned invisible.
"...Damn, it's c-c-c-c-cold!" she hissed. The bikini was currently floating, which required her to stretch her skin over it. This was why Ava never bothered with clothes. Her other option was going naked....
"AVA!" Peter had also burst out of the gym. Seeing him, Ava again began to sob. "Ava, I hear you...it's okay..."
"I didn't mean...what I said!" she yelped.
"Ava, where are you? It's freezing. I can sneak you into my dorm and we can warm up. Ava, please, let me see you. How do you always manage to be invisible?..."
"I'm so sorry..." she ran into the forest.
Peter was thoroughly confused as he heard the crunching of feet and followed them into the forest. After a while, he heard the soft panting of her breath, and he stopped. He sank to the ground and lay beneath a tree. Ava stood in perfect posture in front of him, totally invisible.
"Ava," he whispered, out of breathe," I don't know what's going on. I don't know what you are. I don't care. I love you, Ava. You think something that you said is going to change that? I love you Ava. I think thoughts like that too. I'm a teenage boy, of course I think. It doesn't make it unlady-like that you think it. It's part of life, Ava. I want you now, Ava. I'll want you forever. I can pretend you never said it, but it won't matter because I was hoping you were thinking it. It doesn't change a thing if you don't want it too.  Alright? You can come home with me now, or you can stay. It doesn't matter. What do you want?"
"...I want to go, but I need to stay...to think."
Peter didn't get weirded out but just nodded. "Don't stay out for long. You're going to freeze hiding in those briar's."

Dear God...he thinks I'm human...

Ava Sinclair's 10th Chapter

"Marco! Marco!"
A small splash of water. "Polo!" Smash!
"Damn it, Ava! I can't see you!"
Ava laughed at Peter. They were in the indoor gym, and it was winter outside. The fall had passed and it was November 2nd. Where had the time gone? Oh yes. With Peter.
Of course Ava was invisible, and Peter had his eyes open. He could never find her. It was the holidays and they was only around 17 or so students left behind at the academy. They went from the first of November to the 5th of January. A pointless time, Ava thought, but most of the teachers and supervisors were gone as well. Peter and Ava had the gym and libraries to themselves. And today, the indoor pool.
Ava slowly slinked under the water and popped up behind Peter. "Boo!" he tensed, but didn't scream. He turned with the biggest smile to face her. (she was now visible). She had on a bikini (Peter had let her borrow his sister's. She had left some of her things with Peter at the academy after she finished school there. Why she thought he'd ever need was beyond him but he sure as hell needed it!) that was pink, with frills at the top, not lacy though.
"There's my girl," Peter whispered, taking her into his arms. He kissed her neck and Ava sat there for a moment with an odd look on her face, then she pushed him away.
"What?" he asked.
She sat on the stairs that lead down to the water. Only her breasts and above were not submerged. "Peter..." she sighed. "You can't keep....You leave evidence on me, Peter. Do you know how many hickeys I have?" she looked down. "I feel like a tramp...."
"Ava..." he sat beside her. "I never meant to make you feel that way. We haven't slept together. Most girls don't have their virginity here. I just...aw, Ava!" she had started bawling. She tried to shove Peter away, and didn't look at him, but she ended up in his shoulder.
"Peter! I don't know what to do!"
He rocked her gently. "What do you want?"
She went red in the face. "What I want doesn't matter...."
"Ava, I want to give you whatever you want. Please, let me know. You want the moon? I'll give you the moon. I promise...I won't give it to you if you don't say so. Just for the hell of it, Ava." He smiled.
She took a moment, but gathered strength and stared him in the eye. At first hard, then soft and scared.
"Peter...I want to sleep with you."

Brooke 8

The school day was finally over and mostly everyone had gone back to their dorms. Brooke couldn't wait until the classrooms were completely empty. She loved sneaking to the swimming pool in the building and taking some time to enjoy herself. How hilarious, she thought, if I took a boy in there with me? She giggled to herself, imagining how the headmaster would react to that. It's totally worth it, she thought to herself and grinned, her teeth sharpening to points. All I need is a boy...hmmmm... Who could it beeee...? I suppose I could just walk by the boys' dorms singing. Simple enough.

She had her plan, now to put it into action. She walked to her closet and rummaged around for a bikini top. A bluish-black one seemed like a good choice, so she switched into that from her shirt. She looked at the clock. 12:30 a.m. There was probably no one even out of their dormitories by now. Curfew.
The door creaked open and she slipped out, looking for anyone in the hallway. There was no one' she continued on to find a boy. It's all very simple from here, she thought as she walked through the boys' hallway. Her red eyes flashed as she raised her voice in her siren song, the harmonies and melodies intertwining into something so sinister and sweet, you couldn't help but to fall in a trance. Doors started to open with heads peeking out at Brooke. Soon there was a whole procession of boys right behind her. Just like the good old days.
She stopped suddenly; the boys kept their eyes fixated on her. "Hmmmm... Who wants to come with me?" she asked them all, grinning. There was not a single boy that didn't have their hand raised. "I guess I'll have to pick one..."--she made a cursory examination of all of the boys--"You." She pointed to a tall, rather handsome, blond boy with brilliant blue eyes. He pointed to himself with widened eyes, as if to ask 'me?' Brooke nodded. I know that some girl is bound to miss him. There is no way that he could be single. She laughed and motioned him forward. "You all can go," she said to everyone else. They obeyed and went back to their dorms. Brooke hummed and sang for the rest of the way.
The two of them soon made it, without anyone seeing them, to the Academy's pool. It was a rather large rectangular pool with underwater lights placed every few feet. It was surprisingly clean for a school pool, the water a beautiful light blue. The room was dark, other than the dim lights in the pool, but you could see your way to the pool without tripping over anything. Brooke stepped into the pool and slowly made her say to the deep end, singing all the while. The boy stared at her, in a trance. Once Brooke made it to the far end of the pool, she said, "Let's take a swim."
The boy jumped in, taking off his Hollister shirt, and swam up to her. As the boy discarded his shirt, Brooke discarded her skirt, then a faint glow emanated from the lower portion of her body. Her legs had transformed, revealing her scaly, mermaid-like tail. The boy looked on in amazement at the girl.
Brooke's singing grew louder, thus entrancing the boy even more. The boy leaned over and pressed his lips to hers. She smiled sinisterly, again baring her sharp teeth, which cut the boys lips until they were bleeding relentlessly; but he didn't stop, his passionate kissing was leading to his face becoming marred, deep cuts staining the once blue water red.
Brooke eventually began to descend below the surface, taking him with her. He didn't even seem to notice that they had gone under, because he took a deep breath, inhaling enough water to fill his lungs. Brooke looked triumphant as the boy's eyes shut and he sank to the bottom, lifeless. Brooke swam down and looked at her handiwork, then, mockingly, ran her fingers through his hair. "I had a great time," she said, but was inaudible under the water.
By the time she had gotten out of the pool, transformed back into her human form, put her skirt on, and rung her hair out, she was too excited about tomorrow. As she made her way back to her dorm, she couldn't stop smiling at her success, and wore that smile until she eventually got into bed and fell asleep

Ava Sinclair Chapter 9

"So what is Pi again?"
"Do they teach you nothing?"
"I'm sorry if I'm distracted in class and not watching the board."
"Probably staring at the stupid cheerleader in the front."
"Or thinking about the cute blond in the class room back..." Ava sighed at Peter's remark. He kept making suggestions. She almost felt like she was leading him on. With him smiling that sweet, secretive smile at her, she got up to the board she had drug into the room. They were sitting in a room off the library, that were set aside for reading, or study. You had to request it days in advance. Peter and Ava had requested the same room for a month.
When Ava touched her hand to the board, Peter rose, closed the blinds and came to stand behind her.
"Why do you do that?" he breathed, his cool breath caressing her neck.
"What?" she whispered, eyes closed. What if Peter isn't human?
"Pull away..."he whispered. "Every time I get close. I won't hurt you. I couldn't if I tried. I-"
"That's not why, Peter,"she said flipping. But Peter had his hands where the chalk was meant to go, so his barrel chest was leaning into her breasts. She was up against the clean board. Peter was touching her. His sweet breath on her face. She closed her eyes and turned away.
"Things like this aren't aloud."
"Like what?" he jeered.
"I..."
"Say, relationship, Ava. Say it. Ava, we've...we've been seeing each other for almost a month now. Ava, I like you. Hell, I more than just like you. Ava, you are my saving grace. " her heart stopped. "Ava Sinclair, I can't live without you."
"Peter, you don't talk like that..."
"I'm mad!" he yelled, throwing his hands in the air. Ava breathed better now that he was farther away.
"Peter!" she whisper-yelled.
"Who cares! If you can't feel the way I feel-" Peter stopped dead when he saw Ava's face.

The tears were sliding down, cold and frozen. She looked sick and scared.
"Ava..." he took a hesitant step forward. "Ava...I...I didn't mean it. Please don't...Ava don't cry. I couldn't stand it if I made you cry." Ava tried to control the sad look on her face, but couldn't. Slowly, she dragged her heavy feet toward him. She gripped his sweater, which clung to his chest, and leaned against him.
"If you don't know how I feel about you...I don't know what you've been thinking. Peter..." was she going to be this defenseless? "Peter...I love you." she leaned in and forcefully pressed his lips against his. He took her head into his hands, but moved them to the small of her back, pressing her into him. She twined her fingers through his hair and let her tears touch his cheeks. His hand were shaking as they tempted to her waist. They sunk to the floor like that, intertwined, both crying, both shaking. Peter gave a twisted laugh that half scared Ava and half made her love him more.
Peter stopped for a moment, and held Ava. He lay her on the floor vertically, and went to lock the door.
"No...no Peter....Not now. Not here. I'm not ready for that." Ava whispered. He crawled back over to her, and held her for a moment.
"I love you, so very much. I think I always have."
"You didn't know me until 14 days, 7 hours, and aroooouuunnnddd 18 minutes ago."
"That was scary."
"There's a clock."
"Oh. But, I think I always wondered about the little girl that sat and never spoke."
"I think I always tried to remember the boy who sat in the corner of my History class. I guess I never knew his name. Or that he existed. But now, two nobodies make everything."
"And everything means everyone has noticed us."
"Time to do damage control?"
"Definitely." he gave her a sly smile. "After this." and he pressed his lips gently against hers, then helped her from the floor, and they left the building.

Arya's 2nd Chapter

I was just done running my mile in 3 minutes. Darn I was getting slow. Anyway at the break I decided to walk up and talk with Lady Fuchsia Head again. But I couldn't see her anywhere. I shrugged it off as my near blindness and continued on to Language arts. I had just sat down as the bell rang and I looked for the teacher. I finally found her and as the secret dweeb I was I asked her about extra credit. The rest of the day went the boring same. I finally got to hand to hand combat and I decided to show off my black belt in Cma (look it up). I was paired with a small red haired girl. She had the most curious eyes they were a light green. She said something and I noticed a tongue piercing. "What was that?" I asked that and suddenly felt rude. "I asked if you wanted to get started." "oh." We began sparring and I was easily beating her so I went for my finisher a elbow to the back followed by a blow to the back of the knee. She flipped and easily avoided them and knocked me over with a perfect hook to the jaw. "How did you do that?" She instead of answering decided to run out and I wouldn't chase her. I decided now would be a good time to leave early so I gather my Channel tote and Vera Bradley wallet and decided to head back to my dorm. I got there and hit play on my IHome as I passed by. I glided towards my heated bed and curled up on my Tommy Hilfiger bean bag and grabbed my Elizabeth Taylor throw over and grabbed my Kindle Fire. I decided on reruns of Criminal Minds. God, I love Aaron Hotchner. I decided on on trail mix for my snack and my little shabti brought it over. I quickly grabbed my ear buds and and decided on a episode. Once it was done I pulled out my homework and got to work. I quickly finished and took a long warm shower. I washed off with my scale protecting serum. I got out and my room mate still hadn't showed. I heard a door open quietly and in walked the girl from earlier. "Hey long time no see." She quietly shuffled off to her bed and curled up with a book. I turned my light off without saying goodnight. Two could play the silent game.

Let's be bad!

(Think of this voice in Russian)
I wish we could use our powers here. I so wish we could fly, I love flying. My wings are finally growing their spines! Anyways I get way off topic. I rolled over on my bed to see my schedule " P.E first just my luck." I continued down the list " Honers Advanced Language arts, Honers Math, Advanced Chemistry, Honers Monsters History, Advanced Monster Training, Advanced Weapon training, Honers Hand to Hand Combat, Advanced Martial arts, Honers Poetry." Any ways I got to class and I could immediately tell who were the popular kids and the total dweebs. I was naturally gravitating towards the coolness and was included without fuss. The young lady with fuchsia hair asked me "whats your species?" I must have looked puzzled "You know what type of monster you are?" "We are not supposed to talk about that.!" I didn't want to get kicked out on my first day. " You are a dragon."" How did you know it?" "My multiple powers include reading minds." "Oh my god get out of my head." " I can't turn it on and off." I decided now would be a good time to start my mile. I began to contemplate what creature she could be.

Ava Sinclair's 8th Chapter

Running a hand through her hair, Ava pretended she was invisible. No one could see her. No one at all. Her blond hair was covering her face and her freckles were peeking out. Of course, everyone could see her and everyone watched her. She always sat by herself, she never ate, and she always stared without seeing. She sat at the same round table in the back of the cafeteria by herself, running another hand through her wavy hair.
Sighing, Ava thought. She normally didn't sit and not think, but today, she tried not to. She couldn't help it. She tried to remember a poem by Frost. Fire and Ice? Nothing Gold Can Stay? She sighed. Could she remember the first line from act two of Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream? No. She sighed. She tried to remember her favorite verse from a song in the book Scarlett. She couldn't do this either. She was too distracted. She was so frustrated, she smacked the table with her palm. She was just too damn distracted by-
"Is this seat taken?" Ava gasped, taken off guard, and her blue-grey eyes got wide. The asker's eyes went soft, and they crinkled around the corners as his lips parted and the soft whisper-laugh passed his pale-rose lips. Ava's heart quickened, but she commanded it to stop.
"Uh, n-no," she whispered through a dry mouth.
He chuckled quietly, then sat too close to her. Then he looked her honestly in the eye. They were a soft, pure brown. So beautiful....
"Did I scare you?"
She chuckled dryly. "Just a little." she really fully looked at him, taking her chin away from her chest and asking her eyes to quit being down cast. "Why aren't you sitting with your friends?" she asked.
His eyes got dark for a second. "Oh? And who would those friends be?" Ava's tongue twisted. "Where do I sit at lunch, Miss Sinclair?"
"I..."
"I-I-I, I nothing. I don't sit anywhere. I hid in the bathroom so Rance and his gang can't find me.  I don't..." he looked down. "I don't have any friends. Not since I came to the academy. I've been here since I was 12. I never return home except summer. I don't even go home for Christmas. My mom sends me a sweater. Ava...I'm truthfully nobody."
She reached across without looking at him and touched his pale little hand. Her fingertips ran over his palm and he closed his eyes.
"Then we are kindred spirits. Do two nobodies make a somebody? No...I guess not. Just somebodies to each other. What do you say we make friends? You the nobody, and I the nobody?"

He reached out and stroked her cheek and she closed her eyes (she almost was worried she shifted a bit in that moment) "Then nobody is indeed perfect. What does that make two nobodies?"

"Everything..."she breathed.

Brooke 7

Brooke sighed as the girl walked away. Maybe I went a bit too far, she thought to herself, I guess I was just caught off guard by someone thinking that they were lower than me. She sighed and left the locker room.
Luckily, it was lunch time. Brooke headed to the cafeteria, got some food and sat down. This had been an interesting day. She had revealed herself as a siren (well, pretty much) gotten detention, andn actually had a conversation, however breif. Brooke started eating, but wasn't very hungry.

Ava Sinclair Chapter 7

Ava gave a shaky laugh. "You'd be surprise how much people are willing to give-how low they can go. As much as I'd like to sit her and talk to a girl like you, a girl like me is going to go pick up a novel and curl up. See you around the water." Ava gave a wave, and left before the girl could speak.

Brooke 6

"Shoved in a locker? Now you're getting cliched," Brooke laughed. "You're the higher social class! I'm just the...the... 'The murderer whore'! No one would hang out with me." Brooke sighed. Trust me. You can't get any lower than me." she ran a hand through her blue hair.

Ava Sinclair's Chapter 6

She looked down and twined her hair around her finger.
"L-like you? And...how do you handle boys?" when she didn't answer immediately, Ava continued. "I've never had any luck with them. Honestly, I never bother. But, there is this one boy. There's just something about him-how cliche-but it is so true. I've never...No...I've met boys like him. But he just feels...out of place." Ava chuckled hoarsely. "Why am I telling you this? I don't even know your name. We aren't even in the same social class. You better scram while you can. Before your friends show up. I honestly don't feel like getting shoved in some one's gym locker today."

Brooke 5

Brooke raised her eyebros at the girl. "Boys. Huh." Brooke sat down next to her. "For some reason I have a hard time believing that." Brooke laughed. "But, I guess if you do have boy trouble...you could just solve it like me." Brooke smirked.

Makenna Urith 3

She was flying again. She was flying high over the hot arizona land. She flew faster than ever before, twisting and rolling in the air. The sky was clear and the sun was hot on her feathers. She closed her eyes and tried to soak up the heat and concentrate on the wind on her face. Then, it all changed. The sky turned dark. She opened her eyes and saw black clouds rolling in. She saw lightening and the thunder was deafening. She barrel rolled to the only tree in the area. She couldnt fly in rain! She flew towards the tree, into a small hole there, and got comfortable. She heard a howl and saw a wolf running straight at her tree. It was alone. It came to the tree and stared at her. It was grey with a white belly and a black tattoo on it's back and multiple white tattoos all over it. She stared back with interest. For a wolf, it was pretty handsome. The wolf howled again and jumped at her tree.

Makenna sat straight up on the bed. She was panting and her heart felt as if it was going a hundred miles an hour. She looked around and saw, instead of the track and the benches, a room with multiple beds. Some of the with curtains pulled around them. There was only one bed she could see that actually had a person in it. He howled and tried to grab his shoulder, but the women beside him grabbed his arm and held it down. 'What am I doing in here?' she thought. The boy, who was very handsome, relaxed and the women looked at her. She sighed and walked over to Makenna.
"How are you feeling?"

Ava Sinclair's 5th Chapter

"Huh?" Ava looked up to the girl facing her. She was pretty and popular. Why was she talking to her? "Oh, uh, nothing much,"she lied, trying to be innocent. "Boys. You know." Ava tucked a strand behind her ear, and began to chew on her thumb, a weird quirk she'd always done. The girl raised her eyebrows at her. Ava frowned.

Brooke 4

Brooke came back from P. E. with the rest of the class and went to the locker rooms to change back into her clothes.
This had been a very odd class. Well, what could you expect from a monster school? Though...girls didn't usually run inside crying without having a good reason to. Maybe it was the boy she was talking to. Brooke didn't know.
Once Brooke got back into her t-shirt and mini skirt she turned to walk out of the room. That's when she saw the girl who had been upset.
Brooke didn't know whether to approach her or not. Ah, why not... Brooke thought.
She walked up to the girl and leaned on some lockers. "What's up?" Brooke tried not to saound as if she didn't care.

Ava Sinclair's 4th Chapter

Ava rolled her neck at 3rd base, waiting for the ball to come flying. As she heard the crack of the bat against the ball, she already started running. No one had bothered to occupy the outfield,as the teacher was reading.
"I got it!" she yelled. No one cared. Her little body flung against the fence as the ball-to-glove momentum caused her to move. "Dang..."she mumbled, rubbing her neck.
"Woo-hoo! Go Ava!" Ava's eyes darted to see who had made the outburst. Her eyes darted to the pale Peter, who was standing in the bleachers with his brown curly hair, plastered with sweat to his brow. She smiled weakly at him, and darted back the pitchers mound the give her the ball.
How had she not noticed him running with the other boys? She sighed and grumbled under her breath. This moping almost made her miss a ball.

Almost.

She felt his brown eyes on her from the back. They were boring into her, like a ragged dagger. Was love always this uncomfortable? Love...she wouldn't use that word. But he was all she could think about....
"'Clair!" some girl yelled and Ava's glove reflexively shot out when she let out a shriek. Yanking her hand from the glove to cover her mouth, she noticed the ribbon in her hair had flown out. She watched it flutter in the breeze.

Ava tried to ignore the pain as she jogged after it. But someone was faster.

Peter had sprinted out of the bleachers, as frail and tired as he was, and went to retrieve her ribbon. "Here you go,"he panted, handing it to her.
"Thank you..." Ava whispered. She loved how his hand lingered on hers. She felt the tears sliding down her face.
"What's wrong?" he asked, puzzled. He even boldly grasped her wrist tenderly.
"I...I have to go. Peter, I'm sorry." she started to run away.
"Ava!" He yelled after her.
"I'm sorry! I'll-" but she was in the building now, in the locker rooms. She turned invisible and felt the blood trickle down her neck. She saw the bloodied ribbon in her hand and prayed no one else had seen it.

Here's how Ava's transformations work.

She can make her self any shape, color, etc. But, she retains a normal self underneath. She will always be invisible, her hair is invisible, and naturally falls to her back. Today, Ava had synthesized hair in a ponytail and a ribbon. These two items are part of her matter. She synthesizes on clothes, which is also part of her. They can be removed, but certain parts always stay hooked on her.

When the ribbon flew out of her hair, it is the equivalent to someone ripping the back of your neck out. It looks and feels like a ribbon, but it is her body.

Ava shivered and clasped her hand to the back of her head where the blood was originating.
"It hurts..."she cried aloud. Breaking into the door of the teacher, she felt for the first aid kit and some gauze. wrapping it around her invisible neck, she conjured normal skin color there, and put her PE uniform back on with her powers. (the only true clothing Ava wore was a bra, panties, a purple tank, and khaki shorts (she conjured the uniform over them)). She started to go to speak to Peter, but the class was coming back in, and Ava just checked to make sure there was no more tears.

Brooke 3

Brooke thought of how perfect her udea to sing was. Not only woul the boy be all over her and do whatever she commanded, they were singing the perfect song in class. A slow song in which the comoposer wrote with his love for the sea. In the piece Brooke could almost hear the siren songs that started at about the fifteenth measure.
As the class started singing, Brooke remained silent. Until about the tenth measure. She started soft and grew with intensity as the song went on. As everyone heard her voice they all stopped singing. Brooke continued.
The class was in awe of her beautiful voice singing the piece, and intertwining it with her own siren song.
When the song came to an end, the class stood in silence.
All of a sudden, a fist fight broke out between the boys in the classroom. Mrs. Faye, dumbfounded, tried to break it up. She got in between two boys, trying to get them away from each other, and one accidentally punched her in the nose. "Boys! Calm down! Boys!" she shouted.
Eventually, she got them all to stop. When that happened, the bell rang for class to be over. "You all may go," Mrs. Faye said holding her nose to keep it from bleeding. Everyone grabbed their school supplies and started to leave the room. "Ms. Krystall. Stay here a moment."
Brooke groaned and walked up to Mrs. Faye.
"I would like to speak to you," Mrs. Faye started. She handed Brooke a slip of paper. "In detention tomorrow."
Brooke grabbed the detention slip. As soon as she was out of the classroom she crumpled the paper in a ball and threw it in the trash can.
Hopefully phys ed goes better Brooke thought as she headed to class.

Ava Sinclair

Ava Sinclair's 3rd Chapter

She lay beneath the sheets of her hard bed that had been provided for her. Had anyone pulled them back, they would have seen nothing. At all. She was shaking, from her hands to her toes. Her palms were sweating and she felt extremely nauseous.

Ava Sinclair...a voice whispered to her. Ava....
Why won't it stop!! She began to sob quietly, a thing she had learned to do. Clutching a copy of Don Juan to her chest she rolled over and threw the book. What was this feeling? Her stomach churned uneasily. No more...she thought.
Throwing open the covers, and not caring who saw the nothingness moving things, she ran to her bookshelf. She was looking for guidance. A book, she thought, any book.... and upon doing this, the book case shook itself and a volume fell to the floor.
The Monster Academy Handbook? tossing open to a random page, one rule was in bold letters:

NO BOY OR GIRL IS TO HAVE A ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIP WHILE AT THE ACADEMY. NO EXCUSES.

Gently, Ava's breath got hotter and ragged as the realization slowly crept over her.
My heart is racing...pulse is running...my head is reeling...my face is flushing...my hands are sweating...my stomach's churning...Dear God....

Ralph FenrisĂșlfr's first class

Ralph was standing in the middle of the track, looking at all the girls running. He chuckled to himself. 'Wimps,' he thought. 'Cant even run a mile before giving up.' they all looked really good. 'Gotta talk to one of them soon.' he smiled to himself and put on the fighting gloves and listened to the coach give the rules of fighting. He zoned out halfway through the lecture and didn't listen to most of the rules.
"FenrisĂșlfr!" coach yelled.
"Yes sir?" he said coming back to reality.
"Get your head outta the clouds and get your ass over here!" he was pointing to the arena where we would fight at. 'Finally! Make a good impression Ralph. You wanna impress these women out here? You gotta win.' Ralph walked over there and waited.
"Fiemister! Over here now!" he said pointing to a scrawny, emo-looking boy. He smirked and walked over beside Ralph. "Go on, shake hands now." they shook hands and backed away from each other. 'This is gonna be too easy.' he thought. Ralph decided to take off his shirt and show off his abs, make the girls drool. "Ready on both sides?" we both shook our heads. "Ready? Ready? BEGIN!" Fiemister charged at Ralph, but he was ready for it and dodged the attack. Ralph, however, was not ready for Fiemister to turn around that quick for a counter attack. Fiemister pounced on Ralph and knocked him to the ground. After Ralph got his senses back, he rolled over and knocked Fiemister off him. Fiemister seemed to slither away instead of rolling away. Ralph jumped to his feet and bounced on Fiemister before he could roll any farther. Fiemister's eyes narrowed to slits and turned red. Ralph was scared now. Fiemister reared back and came around and bit Ralph on the shoulder. Ralph was confused at first and stood up. His shoulder was gushing blood. Then, searing pain blinded him. He felt as if his shoulder was on fire. The last thing he remembered before blacking out, was giving his very own wolf howl.

Makenna Urith's first class

Makenna was panting by the time she had made it a half mile. 'I am going to die before I make it 1 mile let alone 3 and a half! This should be so easy for me! I'm a Phoenix for God's sake!' she was one of the only ones left on the track.
"URITH!!! GET MOVING OR YOU'LL FAIL!!!" screamed the teacher. 'Im going to die if I move any faster bitch.' she slowed down and the teacher looked at her clip board, flipped a few pages, looked back at Makenna and grimaced. She threw her hands down in frustration and pointed at Makenna to come to her, now. Makenna jogged slowly over to her.
"Yes Mrs. Vaughn?" Makenna asked as she doubled over coughing.
"Get over there, now." she replied pointing to the bleachers. "Teachers have records of everyone." she lowered her voice so that even I could barley hear her. "I understand your 497, you can't do this yet. Why didn't you tell me this in the first place Makenna?"
"Umm, we went supposed to reveal ourselves." she said doubled over trying to catch her breath.
"That's right, but I'm your GYM teacher! I need to know this crap Urith! If I don't know, you fail or you get a zero. I don't like doing it but I will if I have too. Be glad it's your first day Urith." she wrote something on her clipboard, "Get over to the bleachers. That is where you will be until you are reborn in about three more months." 'Reborn? What the hell was she talking about?' Makenna shrugged and walked over to the bleachers. She laid down on the bleacher, and thought about how wrong it was to come here. 'There are no cute guys here and it has been terrible. I should leave, soon. What did Mrs. Vaughn mean about being 'Reborn'? What does that even mean? What does she mean it will happen in about three months?' she was confused and the more she thought about it, the more tired she got. She started drifting off to sleep. The last thing she heard before she went to sleep, was the sound of a wolf howl.

Ava Sinclair 2nd chapter

Ava panted hard as she collapsed over the finish line after her 3 and a half mile run. Dramatically on her face, Ava screamed into the asphalt.
"Good job," said the teacher, looking down at the girl, then traipsed away. After collecting herself, Ava strode toward the door. A piece of hair fell in her face and she tried to tuck it behind her ear. And tried. And tried. And tried. And-
"Damn!" she snarled and sighed and let the piece slip back into her scalp altogether. She sighed and looked around to see if anyone had saw. She began to skip back when she heard the whispers.
"Shut him up and get his wallet!" she immediately recognized a boy with a snarly voice (whom Ava always guessed was part dragon) named Rance Leopard.
"Okay, okay!" another boy with a wavery voice (still going through puberty-heh) said. Stepping behind the bleachers for a moment, she caught sight of the gang.
Rance had a boy by the ankles and was shaking him good. One boy was whipping the victim good with a ruler, while the others cleaned his pockets and one removed his sneakers.
"What do you think you're doing?!" she snipped and slapped Rance good. When he looked at he, she clocked him with an upper cut.
"Leave him go!" she commanded.
"Ava?" asked the boy.
"I'll report you!" she screamed.
"If I have bruise so help me-"
"God forbid you break a scale." She gasped and covered her mouth. "...Nail..."
"You little witch-" then he smiled. "snitch."
Turning her eyes to slits, she smirked at him. Her palms faced him. "Give me the boys things and LET HIM DOWN FOR GOD'S SAKES!" the boys dropped the other boy, which Ava had to grab under his arms before he busted his head.
"Give. me. his. things." she snarled. Rance emptied his pockets to the pale, blond girl. "Don't let me catch it again. I swear I'll report you."
"I'm afraid." he whispered. Ava gripped his shirt collar and let her face grow scary so only he could see. "You should be."
Returning her form to normal, the shape shifter released Rance and he fled, gang in tow.
"Hey!" Ava said, flipping to meet the boy,"Are you okay?"  she checked him up and down for bruises.
"Yeah,"he blushed, his ears growing red. She handed him his things and he murmured a quiet thanks.
"I'm Ava, by the way,"she said,"Ava Sinclair."
"I'm Peter Machlown," he said gently.
"Well,"Ava said,"It was nice meeting you. Sorry it had to be this way."
Before she stalked off, he called after her. "Thank you," he whispered in his breathy voice,"for helping me, Ava Sinclair."

And as she walked off, she thought about his breathy voice, and how light and careless it was.

And how it had whispered her name.

Demy 2

Brooke grabbed some sheet music from her music folder and glanced over it with dismay. There were just no pieces that were challenging enough for her. It was just music that any human could sing. Oh well, she thought, at least I can make it sound more interesting than it's written.
"Alright, class," the choir director, Mrs. Faye, shouted over the class, "let's work on the first song."
Everyone in the room stood, holding out their sheet music. Brooke hadn't really ever done any singing in this class before. She just mouthed the lyrics. Sure, she had been caught singing outside of class, out of habit, but if she actually sang, it would be a dead giveaway that she was a siren, then everyone would avoid her. The boys would fear being drowned, the girls would fear losing their boyfriends. So, Brooke decided to keep quiet.
Until today.
Today was the perfect time to sing.

Makenna Urith's first day

Makenna rolled over in her bed and groaned. She felt heavy and stiff. That's what I get for wanting to become immortal. she thought. She tried to sit up. Her back cracked and popped. Standing was even worse. Her whole body ached and every part of her seemed to move excessively slow. She looked at her schedule and moaned. P.E. First hour, great. She stretched to hopefully pull out some of her mussel's and not be as old and decrepit as her age made her. She turned her head towards the Sun, "Why, Sun? Why?" she asked. Maybe the Sun will answer me just like when I wanted to be human. She dug around in her drawers searching for her uniform. She put it on and looked at herself in the mirror. I have to make a good impression. I need to impress my teachers. I am a strong, intelligent young, well, kinda young, lady. She went into her bathroom and brushed her hair and teeth. This is going to be a terrible day. Especially since I can't turn into a Phoenix and fly to class. She looked at the clock and groaned. If she didn't leave now, she was going to be late. She finished her look by putting her red hair in a pony tail. I have got to make boys fall for me. No one can judge me here. Everyone is different here, including the boys. I need to be accepted by everyone. She took a deep breath and walked out the door to her first class.

Ralph FenrisĂșlfr's first day

'Just a little closer!' he thought. He was running the motorcycle as fast as he could. He could hear the other drivers behind him slowly catching up. He could see the finish line just up ahead. There was a very sexy girl there, just standing on the finish line. Waiting for the winner. Her long, blond hair swirling around her. Her checkered shirt tied up on her back, revealing her emaciated stomach. She was wearing really short shorts, and Ralph liked the looks of her. He tried to run the bike even harder. He finally crossed the finish line and came to a skidding stop. The blond walked over to him and whispered in his ear.
"Looks like we have a winner." She wrapped her arms around his neck and he leaned in to kiss her.

Ralph opened his eyes, and instead of seeing the lady of his dreams, he saw is room. "Shit." he said as he rolled over and buried his face in his pillow. The vision of her already fading into nothing. He punched his pillow multiple times before actually getting up. He went over to his door to look at his schedule. Awesome! Advanced Hand-To-Hand Combat first hour! I can kick some ass first thing in the morning! I love this school! He put on a short sleved shirt and a pair of denim jeans. He looked at himself in the mirror and started combing his hair down. Ralph, you look good. You are going to impress everyone here. Your going to make all the girls drool over you. Your going to make the guys wish they were you. You are a werewolf and that is the best monster anyone could be. Ralph finish getting ready and looked at the clock. "Well, gotta get me a girl." he smiled to himself and walked out the door to class.

Ralph FenrisĂșlfr pictures as a Werewolf and human.

I realize the human is Taylor Lautner, but that is kinda how I imagine him with this werewolf. It is NOT because he plays a werewolf, promise you that.

Christine's (Made by Nessa)

Name: Bloom Dranonair

Age: 16

Species: Human (but keep it on the down low)

Bio: She was born to Dragon parents who encouraged her to the academy even though she is full human. She wishes she could have powers but knows it will never happen

Hobbies: Knife throwing, school, soccer, volleyball.

Appearance: Willowy with long thin features. She is 5'10 and has short red hair. She has green eyes and a pierced tongue.

Crystals other character

Name: Ralph FenrisĂșlfr

Age: 19

Monster/Human: Monster: Werewolf

Appearance: Monster: Looks muscular, gray and white. Has a bushy tail. Has a tattoo on the middle of his back in black.
Human: Tall, muscular, black hair, tattoo on shoulder, dark eyes, tan.

Sports/Hobbies: playing with a frizbe, walking, running, riding a motorcycle, fixing cars, wrestling, fighting, football

Bio: By the time Ralph FenrisĂșlfr was 10, he knew he was special. He was always faster, and still is faster, than all the kids in his school. He was also a lot stronger than most too. His parents enrolled him in wrestling at 11 and he won every match easily. The other opponents seemed to never put up a good fight. Ralph could easily keep them down with one hand on their chest. At 13, he was being begged by his coach to play for his school team. He reluctantly played and found that he was wonderful at it. He would never miss a catch and could throw to a perfection. At 15, he learned he had a gift for fixing cars. He hadn't even thought fixing cars until his high school year. At 16, his parents got him a motorcycle at taught him to drive it. He loved the feel of the wind on his face. By the time he was 17, he had the whole school loathing him and everyone knew his name. He had a new girlfriend every Other month, but never could find the right one. On his 18th birthday, he finally changed into his werewolf form. He finally understood why he was so good at every physical sport, he was enhanced, and his parents knew and never told him what he could do. They knew that he was a werewolf and they kept it a secret from him. He ran away two months later, ashamed at his parents, and was living as a wolf until he heard of Monster Academy.

Ava Sinclair first chapter.

"Where is she?"
"I don't know. The girl is so weird."
Ava bit her tongue between her teeth to keep from snickering aloud. She watched as the vampire girl from across the hall lifted the sheets Ava had slept in to see if she was hiding there. She pressed her hand to her mouth and bit it hard.
God, this is hilarious! I might as well be Casper...
"I give up. If she's lost, she's lost. This is her first year at the academy. Big whoop. I-" as the vampire was leaving the room, she tripped over something and fell flat on her face. She scrambled up. "Wha-" she began and touched her nose, which was dripping blood.
"What did I fall over?!" she growled.
"Nothing!" said the other monster girl. (Monsters were separated by dormitories.)
"It was-" as the vampire reached into the air, her hand found something.

But she saw nothing.

"Wha-" she began. Then the color returned to Ava's body and her face was twisted in an odd disgusting way with her teeth pointed and covered in blood. The vampire trembled.
"Boo."
And the undead students ran from the dormitory.
Ava walked over to the mirror and adjusted her face back to normal. She cut her hair, then grew it back out and had a small dilemma over if her hair should be red or blond. She stuck with short blond with brown low lights. Throwing on a tank top and shorts, she produced the uniform on her body and left the building.
On her way to P.E. she groaned and slide the uniform back in, and placed the P.E. uniform instead.

Ava Sinclair, the shape shifter.

Makenna Urith pictures as a Phoenix and human

Just imagine the human with the Phoenix eyes.

Let's start this thang, witchessss!

(Demy is starting the roleplay now :). Btw, when your not telling your story, type in parentheses at the beginning or end of your post. Thnx)

"Come with me..." Brooke said in a beautiful sing-song voice.
The young man smiled and looked at her with blank eyes. "Yes..." he said, in a trance.
Brooke reached out her and and stared at him with her bright red eyes. She swam out, just a few feet from the beach, continuing to sing.
The man stepped into the water and began to swim towards the beautiful girl.
"Come with me," she said again. She swam under the surface of the water. The boy followed.
Just wait a few minutes, she thought, the fun part is yet to come. She bared her sharp teeth in a smile.

Brooke woke with a jolt. Just a dream, she thought, Y'know. The real kind... She sat up and stretched her arms out.
She had only been at the Academy for two weeks, but still wasn't used to the feeling of waking up in an actual bed instead of a rock on the beach. She wasn't sure which she enjoyed more.
Brooke jumped out of bed and got ready for class. Clean clothes. Brush hair. Brush teeth. Grab backpack. Same routine as every other day. Brooke missed the variety of her life when she was living alone on the beach, looking for men.
She headed for her first class. Choir. One of her favorite classes, being a siren and all. The boys adored her. In fact, the choir had gotten quite a few new boy members in the past two weeks. She'd sooner drown them than date them though. Too bad there wasn't water in the choir room.
As Brooke walked through the door of the classroom she got several wolf wistles. It may have been because she was breath-takingly beautiful. Or had a beautiful voice. Either way, it only increased her muderous desires.
She took a random seat and waited for class to start.

After she ran away she lived on her own for 6 years on the beaches of Florida, spending her time entrancing men for fun. It was fun for her until she started drowning the men she was hypnotizing. When the police investigated the crimes and eventually arrested her and discovered what she was, they gave her the option of jail or the Monster Academy. Reluctantly, she chose the Academy.

There is my character.

Crystals character

Name: Makenna Urith

Age: 497

Monster or Human: Monster: Phoenix

Appearance: Monster: Bigger than an Eagle. Mainly red feathers with orange tips. Tail completely yellow. Eyes bright blue.
Human: Red hair(literally) with bright blue eyes. Looks about 18. Really tan. Skinny.

Sports/Hobbies: running, jumping, relaxing, boxing

Biography: Makenna Urith had just celebrated her 495th birthday. She aged different than most. Her birthday was once a month, and she would spend it with a new boyfriend each time. Makenna has a boyfriend in just about every county in Arizona. Each knew her by a different name. There was Topaz, Calida, Celosia, Serafina, Nina, Serafeim, and so many more. All of these names were related to the same thing, fire. Makenna liked fire more than you would think. Makenna was not raised by anyone. She was put on this Earth by the Sun, and has had to learn to raise herself for 497 Phoenix years. Her life got boring as a Phoenix, just flying in the open sky everyday. She was the fastest and prettiest of all birds, but was forbidden to mate with any bird other than her own kind. She spoke to the Sun everyday, begging it to let her be human, to let her change into a human at will and back to a Phoenix at will. The Sun answered her on her 300th birthday with the gift of becoming a human. Since then, she would change into a Phoenix to fly to all of her friends. Makenna bent the rules of mating. Technically, the Sun said 'bird other than herself', it said nothing about a human life form. Makenna spent most of 100 Phoenix years searching for the perfect human, but Makenna didn't age right and stayed looking 18 her whole life, she couldn't Stay with someone for more than 10-20 years before they realized that she didn't age. She learned about the Academy and hoped that she would find her one true soul mate there. She hoped they wouldn't judge her not actually aging, and hoped that she could find someone that lived just as long as she.

MONSTER ACADEMY

I have discussed topics with Meg and we have decided on one called Monster Academy (we didnt make the idea up. Another person from a different website did. Credit for the idea goes to them.) lets get this thang started :)

You have been enrolled in Monster Academy! Congratulations! This doesnt nessisarily mean you're a monster though. You are permitted to participate een if you are human; however, humans shouldnt reveal themselves as humans, for safety matters.
If you are (and most should be) a monster (you could be any kind of monster. From vampire to mermaid) you must conceal yourself in your human form. It is against the rules of the Academy to show off your monster form or reaveal what you are on campus. Doing so will result in deciplinary measures.
Other than most of you being monsters this is just your average academy. You are required to attend classes and must stay on campus after curfew. The headmaster asks that you would please follow these rules. Thank you.
Every student needs to fill out an identification sheet that includes your name, age, a photo or breif description of yourself, sports/hobbies, what kind of monster you are (or if youre a human),and a short description of your life. Thank you for your cooperation.

Rules of the role play:

Each post must be at least 2 sentences long (this isnt asking for much)

No text talk (ex. im gona stab u *stab*)

Posts must be in the third person point of veiw

Keep cussing very low

No god modding (meaning= just being able to do anything you want to. This is a no-no.)

No killing a character without their permission

No drugs (this is aimed at you Nessa)

Have fun :)

~Demy

Welcome to my blog... :)

Demy here. I have created a new blog, as you can see. Here is where my friends and I shall, hopefully, do some role playing. What is role playing you ask? Well, my fine young feathered friend, roleplaying is basically multiple people acting as a character from their own imagination, or others imagination, or maybe as real people or things. You and fellow role players can take turns writing a story in your characters' perspective. It is very fun usually, and I hope that I can convince my frinds to participate.
As far as I know (Ive had some, but not much, experince with role playing) a role play is started by one (or possibly multiple people) coming up with a topic for your story (what it will be based on, about, what kinds of characters you will need, etc.) and then one by one participating people will sign up for it by creating a character according to the host's story description. Eventually the host will start the story (or ask someone else to). Every character will then type their own start for their characters, thus getting the story going. The characters can go on their own adventure, or meet up with other characters, or basically do whatever they want. It's very fun to roleplay.
Anyway, hope to see my bloggin friends here :)
